  • I am unable to log into the Hexagon Technical Support Portal - I get an error message that says My Support: "Unauthorized". Then, I requested and got a Password Reset email, and after trying to change my password, I get a message "Unable to update your password..."





    If you were previously able to log-in, but are now unable to, the following may help determine the cause:

    Try another browser and see if you can log in.
    Try opening Incognito mode, InPrivate, or the Privacy Mode for your browser and see if you can log in.


    If either of these work, the cause is likely your browser settings. 

    • You should search for information for your browser, but some things you can try:

      • Clearing your browsing history and the web cache. 
      • Clearing cookies and any saved password for the site.
      • Disabling browser add-ins (or plug-ins) 

    • These actions should restore your internet browsing software so you can log into the Support site.
      If the problem persists, contact Technical Support for assistance.
