The third version also additionally states that your license expired on a particular date and lists your EID.
The resolution for all three is the same. You will need to follow the instructions in this article:
How do I run a portlock update file (*.pwd)?
There you will first be directed to read the article on creating a module list and sending that to Hexagon Support. Then you will return and follow the instructions on downloading and running the portlock update file sent from Hexagon.
These actions are necessary to resolve the error and restore license functionality.
NOTE: Sometimes your internal network settings can interfere with connecting to our remote license servers during installation of PC-DMIS. The result may be the above errors, even if the internet connection in CLM is verified and checks ok.
Having IT disable RDC* or other similar terminal services, may allow the install to read the license details and often will resolve this error. HexagonMI recommends the use of TeamViewer for terminal services.
*RDC is short for Remote Desktop Connection, also called Remote Desktop,Remote Desktop Services, or Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
(Error message found in Versions: PC-DMIS 2014 and newer).
